Our Term of Service
We provides competitive rates for our Hall Facilities with media service and our rate are as display for our Hall Facilities media service in the table below.
There are no other extras or hidden cost.
Our rates does not includes provision of any refreshments nor snacks. We do supply of one-litre bottled mineral water at $1.00 at bottle.
The scope of supplies as follows:
Use of a 616 sq ft media space.
Includes the following:
Up to 50 chairs.
4 writing desks.
Use of the built-in projector.
Use of the sound system with one set wire microphone.
One flip chart stand.
Use of the 250Mbps Fibre Internet Wifi installed in our premise, made available for participants to sign in and use.
The use of a common toilet within our premise.
Any other additional requirements will have to pre-arrange with us.
